Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Effective 5 August 2026 · moharapp.com

This describes exactly how a Mohar billing cycle works, how to stop it, and our refund policy. It's written to match how billing actually works today, not a generic SaaS template.

01How a billing cycle works

When you join Mohar, you choose how many outlets to pay for and a billing cycle — 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. You pay the full amount for that cycle upfront, via Razorpay. Your access runs for the length of that cycle, starting the day you pay.

02No auto-renewal

Mohar does not automatically renew or charge you again. There is no recurring mandate, standing instruction, or auto-debit set up against your payment method. Each billing cycle is a single, one-time payment. When it ends, your access lapses unless you come back and start a new cycle yourself.

This means you don't need to "cancel to stop being charged" the way you would with a recurring subscription — simply not renewing achieves the same thing.

03How to cancel

There is currently no self-serve "cancel" button in the dashboard. If you want to stop using Mohar before your paid cycle ends — for example, to confirm you won't be charged again, or to have your workspace and staff data wound down — email support@mohar.app from the email address associated with your account.

04What happens after you cancel

  • Your access continues until the end of the billing cycle you've already paid for
  • No further billing cycle will be started on your behalf
  • At the end of the cycle, your workspace, outlets, and staff logins are deactivated
  • Your data is retained per our Privacy Policy, and deleted on request subject to any legal retention obligation

05Refund policy

Payments are non-refundable. Once a billing cycle is paid for, that payment is final — your access simply continues to run until the end of the cycle you already paid for, whether or not you keep using it day to day.

We don't offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time in a cycle. If you stop using Mohar partway through a paid cycle, we'd rather you keep the access you've already paid for than lose it — but we won't refund the unused portion.

06Adding or removing outlets mid-cycle

This is the one place money moves outside of a full new billing cycle:

  • Adding an outlet mid-cycle: charged pro-rata, only for the remaining days in your current cycle
  • Removing an outlet mid-cycle: the unused value for that outlet is credited automatically at your next renewal, not refunded to your original payment method

All outlets in a workspace continue to share one renewal date, regardless of when one was added or removed.

07Failed or disputed payments

If a payment fails during checkout, no charge is made and no workspace or access is created — you can simply try again. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@mohar.appwith your payment reference from Razorpay, and we'll look into it directly rather than asking you to raise it with your bank first.

08Contact

For anything about billing, cancellation, or a specific charge, email support@mohar.app. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
